Marengo Physical Therapy Hires New Member to Therapy Team

Amie Inamdar, PT, DPTMarengo Physical Therapy would like to announce that Amie Inamdar, PT, DPT has joined the therapy team.  Amie joins the current clinical team of Diane Parrish, PT, DPT and Erin Randall, ATC, MS, athletic trainer for Marengo Community High School athletics. 

Amie Inamdar, PT, DPT attended Saint Louis University and received her Bachelors in Exercise Science in 2010 and her Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy in 2012. During her graduate clinical work, Amie gained experience in inpatient-acute, outpatient-orthopedics, skilled nursing and sports medicine settings.

Since graduation, Amie has taken extensive continuing education coursework in manual therapy and orthopedics to add depth to her knowledge on how to best treat her patients. She believes in the incorporation of evidence-based practice to create treatment programs that optimize the quality and speed of their recoveries. Her treatment philosophy emphasizes a hands-on approach combined with exercises designed to treat a patient’s unique impairments detected by bio-mechanical and functional movement screens. Her overall goal is to help all her patients achieve their movement potential so that they can lead happy and healthy lifestyles.

Outside of the clinic, Amie can be found doing a variety of outdoor activities such as hiking, biking and running. Amie enjoys lifting at the gym, reading, listening to music and spending time with family and friends.
