OSTI Adds New Occupational Medicine Specialist to Team

Bob Mayerson, MS, ATC, CEASWe are happy to announce that Bob Mayerson, MS, ATC, CEAS has joined our organization’s Occupational Medicine division.  Bob joins the company’s current occupational medicine team which includes OSTI co-owner and founder, Kevin Camden, PT, OCS and Director of Occupational Medicine, Randy Wright, MS, ATC.

Bob is a graduate of Eastern Michigan University where he received a Bachelor’s of Science in Sports Medicine and Athletic Training. He also completed his Master’s degree in Exercise Science and Worksite Wellness and Health Promotion from California University of Pennsylvania.

Prior to joining OSTI, Bob was with Athletico Physical Therapy for 11 years where he worked as an Industrial Rehab Specialist.  Prior to his departure Bob mentored 20 physical therapy clinics and managed its Workers Compensation/ work conditioning patients.  In addition to his roles within the clinic, he worked on-site within local manufacturing companies providing injury prevention programs, job coaching, ergonomic assessments, job specific analysis, and post offer employment and Fit For Duty Testing.

Bob has completed advanced training in ergonomics and is a Certified Ergonomics Assessment Specialist. He also completed Ergonomics Analysis training and is a certified WorkSTEPS provider for Post Offer Employment Testing and Fit For Duty Testing.

In his new role at OSTI Bob will perform WorkSTEPS Testing for OSTI’s industrial clients.  In addition to performing testing services, Bob will be working with the current occupational medicine team to provide on-site work injury prevention programs to numerous industries within the Northern Illinois and Southern Wisconsin region.

For over a decade, OSTI’s Occupational Medicine Division has been providing injury prevention programs to companies throughout Northern Illinois and Southern Wisconsin to help companies achieve reductions in workplace injuries and associated costs.  OSTI works directly with each company client to tailor programs that will meet their specific occupational health needs.
